By using Strawberry Invites ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Strawberry Invites("we", "us") is an Ontario sole proprietorship operated by Kyle Czernuszka.

1. The Service

Strawberry Invites lets you create digital event invitations, manage guest lists, collect RSVPs, and send invitation emails. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email, or with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email or Google account you use to sign in, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create and operate a host account. Invitees may include minors as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or events.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Pricing & Refunds

Strawberry Invites is free to use for the core experience. We offer an optional one-time Premium Event upgrade for $9 CAD per event, which unlocks features like save-the-date emails, removed branding, automatic morning-of reminders and custom colours and sender name, plus a higher guest cap. Pricing is shown clearly before you are charged. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Refund policy: All sales are final. If a technical issue prevents you from receiving the premium features you paid for, contact us at support@strawberryinvites.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not refund change-of-mind purchases or events cancelled after invitations have been sent.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (event details, messages, guest lists). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, transmit, back up, and process this content only as needed to provide event pages, invitations, RSVP handling, recovery, security, and support as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Guest Data

You are responsible for having appropriate permission to share guest names and email addresses with the Service and for using surveys and free-text fields appropriately. We use guest information only for the event purposes described in our Privacy Policy. A guest may unsubscribe from event email. If you enable an optional public guest list, shortened guest names, companion names, and RSVP statuses may be visible to anyone with the event link.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strawberry Invites and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to undelivered emails, missed RSVPs, or service interruptions.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
