Do my guests need an account to RSVP?

No. Guests simply click the link in their invitation email — no sign-up required.

What if a guest doesn’t have an email address?

You can copy a personal RSVP link from your dashboard and share it however you like — text, WhatsApp, or in person.

Can I send reminders to guests who haven’t responded?

Yes! You can send reminders to guests who haven’t RSVP’d yet — all included for free.

Is Strawberry Invites free?

The core experience is completely free — all designs, up to 200 guests, RSVP tracking, reminders, and CSV export. There's an optional Premium Event upgrade ($9 CAD, one-time per event) that adds save-the-date emails, custom colors, removed branding, and a higher guest cap. You'll never be auto-charged — Premium is opt-in.

Can I cancel an event after sending invitations?

Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard and guests will see a cancellation notice when they visit their RSVP link.

Can I customize the design?

Each of our 10 themes comes with multiple color palettes you can choose from. Pick the combination that best fits your event's style.

What happens after my event?

Your event and guest data are automatically cleaned up 30 days after the event date. You can also delete events manually anytime from your dashboard.
