Do my guests need an account to RSVP?

No. Guests simply click the link in their invitation email — no sign-up required.

What if a guest doesn’t have an email address?

You can copy a personal RSVP link from your dashboard and share it however you like — text, WhatsApp, or in person.

Can I send reminders to guests who haven’t responded?

Yes. You can send reminders to guests who haven’t RSVP’d yet — all included for free.

Is Strawberry Invites free?

The core experience is free — all designs, up to 200 guests, RSVP tracking, reminders, and CSV export. An optional Premium Event upgrade costs $9 CAD once per event and adds save-the-date emails, custom colors, removed branding, and a higher 500-guest cap. Premium is opt-in and never a subscription.

Can I cancel an event after sending invitations?

Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard and guests will see a cancellation notice when they visit their invitation link.

Can I customize the invitation design?

Yes. Each of our 10 themes includes multiple color palettes, and Premium events can use custom event colors.

What happens to my event data after the event?

Guest data, notifications, and uploaded images are removed 30 days after the event date. You can also delete eligible drafts from your dashboard.
